This intimate space offers a unique experience for wine and cocktail enthusiasts, with a focused selection of New and Old World wines and a modern cocktail menu crafted by Good Salt’s beverage director, Lorena Castro.

In the kitchen, Chef Wendy Lopez draws on the culinary traditions of Southern Europe, featuring dishes like seafood conservas, jamón ibérico, and short rib ragù inspired by the flavors of France, Portugal, and Spain. Overseeing the experience is veteran general manager Nicole Peters, ensuring thoughtful hospitality for both everyday dining and special occasions.

Guests can also enjoy Aperitivo Hours, a monthly High Tea experience on Saturdays, and exclusive wine dinners and chef collaborations—all bookable through OpenTable. Sparrow welcomes guests 21+.
